Marisa Santoro is a career leadership trainer and professional career coach. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she worked on Wall Street as tech executive before pivoting from a corporate career of over 2+ decades to launch In Our Shoes™ - a professional development training and coaching practice.
She is the creator of The Gutsy Leadership System™ and Gutsy Leadership Academy™, an online leadership school which promotes a global community for professionals to share their same struggles in a trusted safe environment
She’s an honoree of the “Women of Influence” award by New York Business Journals for her years of coaching professionals in the workplace, and is a national career columnist for American Business Journals.” Marisa is also a TEDx speaker and is currently working on a book project about leading with intention.
Marisa resides in New Jersey with her fiancée Vince and her two children.
